According to ShowbizSpy, Victoria Beckham is in a feud with husband David Beckham over baby plans but according to a rep for David this is absolute rubbish.

“Victoria Beckham In Bitter Feud With Hunky Hubby David Over Baby Plans?” asks the site Showbiz Spy, which, not surprisingly, doesn’t have the answer.

Picking up a Now Magazine story, the site claims “Beckham’s marriage to her soccer star husband is on the rocks over the couple’s conflicting views on having another child.”

Alleging Victoria is “keen to put her fashion career ahead of adding to her brood” while David would “like to try for another child in the hope they’ll have a girl,” a so-called “source” says “their careers will propel them to different parts of the globe for months — if not years — if they don’t make some painful decisions soon.”

According to the supposed source, “They’ve had some real heart-to-hearts about what they want next in life. If they don’t get these resolved there will always be conflict as their lives go in separate directions.”

So is the couple really going in separate directions?

Unlike Showbiz Spy, Gossip Cop has the answer.

A rep for David says this latest tale is “absolute rubbish.”

TMZ reported that David Letterman’s former assistant Stephanie Birkitt has been banned from the CBS set but according to a spokesman for Letterman this is NOT true, adding “Stephanie is on a paid leave of absence”.

According to TMZ:

TMZ has learned Stephanie Birkitt — the woman at the center of the David Letterman sex scandal — has been banned from setting foot on the CBS set where the “Late Show” is filmed.

Birkitt used to be David’s assistant — appearing on the “Late Show” numerous times — and later became his personal attorney. It was Birkitt’s ex-boyfriend — Robert Halderman — who discovered Letterman’s secret relationship with her … and then allegedly threatened to release the scandalous information unless Letterman forked over $2 million.

Sources tell TMZ that security at CBS is well aware of Birkitt’s ban from the set.

Worldwide Pants just issued the following statement: “Stephanie is on paid leave of absence … she has not been banned from the Ed Sullivan Theatre.”

But TMZ just spoke with someone associated with security at Letterman who just told us, “Security got a verbal order that she is ‘banned’ from the property for the time being.”

Moore, 46, is set to play an ex-model obsessed with plastic surgery, according to Britain’s Mail on Sunday.

A source tells the newspaper, “Demi has turned down a lot of TV shows over the years, including Ugly Betty. But she completely trusts Ashton. The plan is for her to play a recurring guest role so that she can keep coming back.”

It’s still unclear what David Carradine was doing when he died, but a doctor knows what technically killed him.

Having already ruled out suicide by hanging, the private pathologist hired by Carradine’s family to perform a second autopsy has determined that the 72-year-old actor died of asphyxiation.

How he came to asphyxiate is still anyone’s guess.

A maid found Carradine hanging in the closet of his Bangkok hotel room on June 4, and it was soon confirmed by various officials that a rope was tied to his neck and genitals, prompting speculation that the former Kung Fu star had been engaged in autoerotic asphyxiation.

“I want my children,” Rowe said during a 90-minute phone conversation Thursday morning with NBCLA’s Chuck Henry.

Rowe said she was willing to submit to any testing, including DNA to prove that she is the children’s true biological mother. Rowe also said she would submit to psychological testing.

She also said she would seek a restraining order to keep Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, away from the children.

The agreement does allow for visitation, but Rowe said it’s a very difficult process. She said if she misses a visitation date, it is difficult to reschedule with the Jacksons.

“I am stepping up,” Rowe said. “I have to.”

Rowe said she was still grieving. She said she decided she had to seek custody after Jackson’s death.

“We had an agreement… he didn’t keep his end,” Rowe said, referring to Jackson’s death. “It hasn’t been easy. It’s been painful.”
